I found this hospital because I didn’t want to shave down my hump nose. They said it would be a simple procedure/surgery and recovery would be fast. I heard the info about nostril reduction, or Nose Beam, was really good, but I was told I would need to use Megaderm, and since I had seen many other reviews saying it dissolved irregularly and lumpy, I was extremely hesitant. So I said I wanted cartilage instead of Megaderm, and they scolded me, asking why I’d use stiff cartilage when there’s a good material I was upset. Then they said that if Megaderm was inserted, there would be a step-off between the hump and the nasal tip, so filler should be added there. I came for surgery because I didn’t want filler, but in the end they said filler was necessary..? With that thought, I decided not to have the surgery.
