I had the consultation in the order of coordinator - director - coordinator. The coordinator explained everything in detail, and the director came in and said what would be good, more like a 10-minute consultation? The director looked very busy. If you want a subtle lift without implants, I recommend it. They said they don't use ear cartilage either.
