I was glad they said they wouldn't use donated rib cartilage and would only use ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but I hesitated because there were some bad posts in the reviews. The consultation was generally good, and it seemed like they were aiming for a natural-looking result. If you also want nostril reduction, they say you should do it... At other hospitals I heard many people say it would be better not to do it. They said artificial dermis or donated rib cartilage has a high resorption rate, so it would be better not to use them.
