I consulted with the director first, and they explained everything kindly and also told me what parts would be difficult to improve with my current nose shape. But the initial explanation was a bit brief and focused only on the necessary parts, so I had to ask about a lot of things. They answered everything I asked with sincerity. While the manager was explaining things and showing before-and-after photos, it felt like the surgery direction emphasized naturalness more than a big change.
