It seems the director prefers a natural nose. During the consultation with the manager, they showed before-and-after photos of nose surgery, and there were more photos that gave the impression of “that came out naturally and well” rather than dramatic change. Unlike other reviews, the director was kind and gave a detailed consultation, and pointed out everything that could be improved. Personally, I strongly felt it would not suit people who want a flashy nose.
