The doctor answers questions kindly. On the flip side, if you do not ask questions, it seems they will not answer beyond that. The surgery seems to use ear cartilage, but they said it can also be done with other cartilage if desired. The price is not cheap, but not inexpensive either. I have heard that people have differing impressions of this doctor.
