The front desk staff were so rude it was unbelievable. Every hospital has to fill out a personal information consent form, and it’s mandatory, but they usually give it to the patient to read and collect it after signing. Here, the front desk staff only showed the signature line and took it away without even letting me read it; there were a few people waiting, and I had quite a detailed surgical consultation with the director and then a separate consultation with the consultation manager mainly about the estimate, which was good. The director explained things in quite a lot of detail, but looked extremely tired.. The reviews were good and I went thinking they prioritized safety, but unlike other hospitals they recommended osteotomy, so I ruled it out. (My nose doesn’t need osteotomy)
