I consulted with a doctor other than the chief director, and I didn't feel any sincerity or effort at all. I prepared several questions and asked them all, but he wasn't very proactive about hearing them, and in fact the atmosphere made it feel like asking questions was frowned upon, so I passed there, then decided to make another reservation and pin my hopes on the chief director.
