I had surgery because I was drawn to the doctor giving the consultation in a way that felt trustworthy and reassuring, and I thought it would be safe.. It was a nose augmentation without an implant, but the result was It did improve the fleshy nose and some other things, but it didn't get as high as I wanted.. It seems different from the virtual simulation.. Maybe communication during the consultation wasn't very good.. I think I also just trusted the doctor too much. And their design style seems to aim for a natural look to begin with..
