I wanted a natural-looking nose, but from the photos and the Photoshop edits they showed me, it was different from the kind of nose I was aiming for. When I said I wanted to use about 3 to 4 mm, they said it would not look noticeable and recommended 5 mm. They absolutely did not force me. The cost was cheaper than other places. Since I was also looking into surgery for rhinitis, it was covered by insurance, so it was 2.2 million by card and 2 million in cash. The consultant was very kind, but seemed a little rushed..? haha..
