The director was kind, called me by my name, and treated me in a friendly way, and they even did something like virtual surgery on the computer, which seemed to be unique. That part was good, but in terms of function, it was different from what I felt myself, and they also recommended fat grafting together with it. The nose is so famous and they do so many of them, but I was a little worried whether they would also do fat grafting well. The manager was really kind, but... there was some subtle pressure to make a reservation.
