It's been almost two months since removal now, and they did a good job with cartilage repositioning, giving it a natural and pretty shape. At my first clinic, I went in for surgery without detailed consultation beforehand, but here they consulted carefully, and even when I went to have the stitches removed, the director came in and checked everything one by one, which made me feel reassured. Since I'm still in the recovery period, I can't judge the stiffness of the tip or the scar tissue inside my nose yet. My nostrils are a little asymmetrical, but my original nose was always asymmetrical, and they honestly told me during the consultation that correction would be difficult, so I guess that's just how it is. The disappointing parts are that the cartilage protrusion inside the right nostril from the first surgery is still there, and this time, after the repositioning, there is also a slight cartilage protrusion inside the left nostril, but it's not a major problem, so I'll just keep it. I'm satisfied with how beautifully they shaped it.
