There were three desk staff, but only one of them greeted me... and even then, she greeted me first, lol.. The person in the middle was sitting there with a bad posture and an annoyed expression. The hospital atmosphere was not great. Only the consultation manager was kind. The doctor seemed meticulous. So somehow he gave the impression of being uncomfortable and making the patient feel 답답, lol. He probably thinks he is explaining things kindly, but it felt like there was a layer of annoyance and disregard underneath. Still, I did get the feeling that he would perform the surgery carefully.
