I went back for a consultation about removal surgery because I had good memories of the first consultation, where they were very honest. My nose is in quite a bad state because of several surgeries, and the director told me there didn't seem to be much they could do, and since there was a high chance it could get worse, they advised against it and explained everything well. They did seem professional. They sincerely looked sorry, and until the very end, as they were seeing me out, they kept telling me not to decide too quickly and to wait and see because I had already gone through a lot... So I couldn't even get a quote. Maybe because of that, or maybe that's just how they are, but when I left, the staff didn't even say goodbye and just ignored me. When I came in, at least one person greeted me, but the staff didn't seem very friendly. They saw me leaving too, so it wasn't like they missed it... The consultation manager also had a blank expression, and maybe because of that, they only asked about my previous surgeries and kept the same expression, so it didn't feel very friendly.
