For one thing, just as I'd heard, the director was very direct about what can be done and what can't be done. He explained the side effects and adjusted expectations for surgery in as much detail as possible, I think. Like in other reviews, I did think, so is he telling me to do it or not? Still, I trusted him more because I appreciated how honestly he explained everything, and more than anything, a friend of mine had surgery here and it turned out very naturally and well, so I felt confident. He seems to prefer surgery that prioritizes safety and a natural result, so I wouldn't recommend him if you want anything flashy even a little bit. This was my fourth consultation for bulbous-nose correction, and he was the only one who didn't mention using silicone. He also said that if the tip of my nose were raised any more on my face, it would look unnatural and ruin the balance, which was helpful because I could think about it objectively. That said, if you make it too natural, I don't think satisfaction with the surgery will be very high, so I'm going to think it over as much as possible before deciding on surgery.
