First of all, the director is kind and explains things well. As you can probably tell from other posts, it’s exactly like that. He clearly says what can be done can be done, and what can’t be done can’t be done. But because he strongly prefers using the septum no matter what, and because the price is too expensive even though this would be my first surgery, I probably won’t do it here. Also, while reading posts I saw people say the manager is kind, but I did not feel that at all. Rather, she gave me a bothered kind of feeling and seemed a bit condescending? That kind of attitude really rubbed me the wrong way. I didn’t even ask the manager any questions, so that kind of attitude was really not it. Anyway, price is an important factor too, so I’ll have to think about it a lot.
