I want to remove the implant and live a little more comfortably, and I also want the shape to improve a bit, so I went in planning to have surgery. Among the hospitals I've been to so far, this one explained Gore-Tex removal the most thoroughly and clearly. It also seems like they would take aesthetics into account to some degree when doing the surgery, so there's a high chance I'll do it here.
