There were a lot of reviews saying the front desk was unfriendly, so I had some idea before going, but once I went there I understood what that atmosphere was like. It felt kind of cold? Like it was hard to start a conversation? Because of that, even during the consultation with the director, I felt like I just sat there listening without knowing what I should ask or say. The director clearly said what could and couldn't be done, and explained the methods and such well~ But the hospital atmosphere was ... difficult, so I don't think I'll proceed with the surgery.
