They explained it using their own surgical method. I already knew about that procedure going in, though. But the explanation lacked consideration for the patient's case, so in some ways I couldn't relate to it. To put it badly, maybe it was self-admiration? Without saying things like, 'My nose is like this and this is what needs to be done,' they kept only explaining the same technique, and since there were no patient photos, I had to trust them completely and leave it to them.
