The consultant was rude. It seems like the level of politeness in conversation changes depending on their mood every time I go. Feels like they take their stress out on the customer? Other staff members are kind. At first the surgery seemed to go well, but then little by little I started noticing things. When I asked, they answered as if they were angry, so be careful. Even if you speak politely, it’s the same, so maybe the problem is their tone. I didn’t want to hear it.
