My friend had surgery here, so I went for a consultation. I hadn't been considering functional rhinoplasty, but they consulted me on functional rhinoplasty + autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip + silicone and gave me a quote. It was expensive. My nose has been functioning normally all my life, so I wondered whether it was right to do functional rhinoplasty, and since it's my first surgery, I also wondered whether it was right to do it with autologous costal cartilage. But above all, the cigarette smell in the clinic was the decisive reason I didn't finalize the surgery.
