I’m considering revision rhinoplasty. My nasal tip is short, so my nostrils are visible, and I’m worried about it. If I have revision surgery, is it correct to remove the implant first, complete treatment fully, and then have surgery again? Or is it okay to have surgery immediately after removal? It seems hospitals are divided into these two approaches, so which one is correct? I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
