Hi, I’m a case where I originally planned to have surgery for functional improvement because I had adhesions on the mucous membrane inside my nose, but they said that for me to breathe well, they would have to make the nostrils larger, so I also needed cosmetic surgery. I casually thought, well, it would be nice if my nose got higher, and somehow ended up getting cosmetic surgery too I want to hit my past self so much.
