About 8 years ago, I had my first nose surgery with nasal bridge osteotomy, silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. Even after several years, I still didn’t like that my nose had become too long, so about 5 years ago, I had revision surgery at the same hospital where my friend had gone, again using silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage from the opposite ear. After that, I liked it and lived well, but I kept worrying because the nasal tip gradually drooped and the silicone at the nasal tip was slightly visible, so I had it removed. I also considered total removal and went to many consultations, but most hospitals said they could not be certain about the postoperative shape and pre-treat…
