Revision rhinoplasty using silicone

Just like the title says, I’m getting revision rhinoplasty and they’re telling me to use silicone. Would it be better to use it? ㅠㅠ I had donated dermis put in, but it didn’t absorb and I kept getting inflammation.. If they put in silicone, will inflammation not happen? ㅠ People around me say to avoid hospitals that use silicone, so what’s right? The hospital says they’ll put in a really thin piece of silicone, as thin as a sheet of paper. They said if they scrape out the dermis, it’ll be bumpy and not smooth, so they need to place something over it (the purpose isn’t to raise the nasal bridge).
