Considering a third surgery after revision surgery for a contracted nose

My first surgery with silicone caused contracture, so I removed the silicone, had rotational grafting with the one piece of ear cartilage I had left, and had revision surgery on the nasal bridge with fascia from behind the ear. After about a year, all the fascia was absorbed, so I have no nasal bridge, and the nasal tip also didn’t come down enough for me to be satisfied, so to my eyes it still looks like a pig noseㅠㅠ I really didn’t want to use autologous costal cartilage, but every time I look in the mirror, I keep thinking about it. My nose is very small and my skin is also extremely thin, so even the ear cartilage in my nasal tip is currently showing through. Would it be too much to use autologous costal cartilage in the nasal tip? Would it show through more than ear cartilage and look sharper? I’m so stressedㅜㅜ Revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage for a small, thin-skinned contracted nose…
