Hehe hello. I’m entering my 3rd month after having rhinoplasty for a hump nose + crooked nose with osteotomy and no implant. It was my first surgery ever, so I worried really, really a lot, but now when I look in the mirror, I think I should have done it even sooner.
First of all, after getting my nose done, maybe because my overall impression became softer, people say I look more elegant hehe. And the most important thing is that if I don’t say anything, no one knows I had rhinoplasty. From the start, I really wanted a very natural nose line, so I’m really, really satisfied. When I say I had rhinoplasty, everyone is surprised and tells me not to mention it elsewhere lol They say it just looks like a naturally pretty nose.
It was worth visiting as many as nine places for consultations and then meeting Dr. Jung Tae-young and deciding. Since I was getting surgery anyway, I had even thought about trying silicone or whatever, but after seeing the doctor’s post-op photos, I realized a no-implant nose could look pretty, so I made the decision. And what made me the most certain was that during the consultation, after looking at my nose, he confidently told me that doing it without an implant would really be fine and that nothing else was needed, so I think I signed the contract that same day.
So far, I’m very satisfied, and because I didn’t have an implant placed, I’m not worrying about inflammation. And the best thing is that it’s the nose line I wanted, so I’m really, really satisfied!! They say nasal swelling can last 6 months to 1 year for some people, so I’ll come back with another review at the 6-month mark!!
