Before/after, before/after photos are from week 2, and right now I’m almost at week 3!
My nose looked short from the side, and from the front, the nose itself was small but the nostrils/alar base were wide.
I was debating silicone right up until the day of surgery, but I had already been worried before surgery, and I thought that if I was going to be stressed about possible side effects after putting in silicone, I’d rather go the safer route, so I went implant-free and didn’t put anything in the nasal bridge. Septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used for the nasal tip! Since silicone wasn’t used, I couldn’t get the straight line I wanted, but I like that it improved naturally. There isn’t a big change from the front, and there’s still swelling beside the nose from the front view. I think it looks so natural that people really wouldn’t know unless I said something. The swelling still needs to go down more though!
