Honestly, after getting rhinoplasty, it turned out so well, and everyone around me compliments my appearance… But I keep wondering how long this will last… Being scared all the time is so stressful… Since it was done without an implant, using the septal cartilage and ear cartilage I already had as they are, is there no way to just remove the silicone and use autologous dermis or donated dermis instead?? And if I do it without an implant, would I finally be free from the fear about silicone….
