I’m considering tertiary revision rhinoplasty and wanted to ask for help, so I’m posting here.Surgery history:2019: closed approach, silicone implant inserted2021: revision surgery by the same doctor at a discount. Silicone replacement + artificial dermis insertion + alar base reduction, closed approachBoth were closed surgeries, so my nasal tip has never really been properly corrected. I saved up money and wanted to do it properly this time, so I had a photo consultation with RU, but the quote came out much higher than I expected.RU quote:∙Full autologous tissue plan (autologous costal cartilage + DCF): 26,400,000 KRW∙Nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage + silicone nasal bridge plan: 23,100,000 KRWI really like RU’s reviews, but the price feels burdensome. Is this price within the normal range for a case like this? Could anyone recommend other clinics for a similar case?Current concerns:My nasal tip lacks forward projection, and from the front, the tip looks blunt and wide. My nostrils look round and visible from the front, and the columella is barely visible. The direction I’m aiming for is a natural-looking nose with a forward-projecting tip, in the style of Song Jia or Shin Se-kyung.
