When removing a nose implant, is it possible to trim the septal cartilage that was placed in the nasal tip and attach it to the nasal bridge? I had osteotomy and rasping done, and now there is asymmetry plus visible osteotomy lines. The height seems lower than before surgery, even though silicone was inserted too.. I’m so scared that if I remove it, everything will be completely gone and look strange, so I cry every day. Could it be done this way..?
