A columella? Inside, there’s a small round and slightly pointy? bone-like part, but does everyone have it protruding? I don’t think it was originally like this, but after surgery it bothers me so much. It’s been 4 months since surgery.. If I remove it, will it go away? I keep thinking about going to the clinic, but I’m annoyed and can’t go because I’m worried they’ll say in an unpleasant way again that there’s no problem..
