Rhinoplasty Review

1-month review after rhinoplasty with no implant and donated costal cartilage  I didn’t like that my philtrum looked long. I thought nose surgery should come before philtrum reduction, so I decided to get it done. Among the clinics I went to for consultations, Lowell Plastic Surgery was the first where the director showed me by pointing things out with a cotton swab? Since it’s a private clinic, I definitely felt they examined me carefully. All the other directors only told me to lower the columella, but Director Kim Jaeyoon pointed out the shape and said that if the columella were lowered, the shape would look like this, and I remember he recommended? going in the direction of not lowering it. I don’t know much about nose surgery, so when I looked at the shape he pointed out, I also felt that going exactly with the shape Dr. Jaeyoon indicated was a much better choice. For the nasal bridge, I had it done without an implant, and for the nasal tip, I had surgery using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage! As for recovery, the dissolvable stitches are still intact on the left side, and on the right side, all the dissolvable stitches have fallen off. But I’m still fighting swelling inside the nose, nasal congestion, and a runny nose. The area on the outside of the nose where the stitches were removed also hasn’t fully filled in with skin yet, so it’s still recovering! But since it’s only been 1 month, not much time has passed yet, so I’m waiting for it to heal.
