My nose is small, and my nostrils are severely upturned, so it’s close to a dragon-like nose In my first surgery, I got greedy and had it raised with septal cartilage, but it looked too pointy and made the dragon-like nose stand out even more, making it look like an arrow nose. So I had revision surgery to remove the septal cartilage and make the nasal tip rounder, and it’s been over 6 years since then. But less than a year after the revision, the nasal tip dropped, and the alar area got pinched inward, so it looked like a crooked nose. Still, the burden of surgery felt too big, so I’m looking for places that operate even on extremely difficult noses.
