I had nasal tip cartilage tying, and for the area with a step-off, they said they grafted cartilage that came out while osteotomizing my hump nose. Is this an easy case to remove? If they just untie it and remove the grafted cartilage, could I live comfortably like with my old nose, without side effects? I just want to live with peace of mind
