Autologous dermis rhinoplasty revision review

Because I read a lot of review posts here and elsewhere and got a lot of help from them, I thought that if I had surgery and was satisfied, I would definitely have to help someone else, and now I am writing a review like this~ Since I was young, my nose was low, and without really looking into it I went ahead with nose surgery, and I had no idea I would end up suffering this much..... As time went by, the tip of my nose started showing the implant, and there was a tight feeling, and as time went by my anxiety kept growing. After researching hard... I also heard that implants eventually have to be replaced again someday~ I wanted something safer, so I looked into autologous dermis and went to this place♡ As soon as the doctor saw my nose, he said the tip was almost about to break through sob So I scheduled the surgery~ My nose condition was not good, so we decided to split it into first and second stages. Stage 1: implant removal. They had clearly told me at the first surgery that it was Gore-Tex... Gore-Tex is already hard to remove, but when they took it out, it turned out to be siligore-Tex, which is even harder to remove sniff. Stage 2: based on the tip condition, we were going to use ear cartilage, but they said the tip condition seemed too poor to use ear cartilage safely, so we decided to go with only a pearl-shaped nasal tip and because the nose was broad we also decided to do osteotomy and proceeded with the second surgery (osteotomy was a little scary and every time I was scared, thank you to the nurse who held my hand each time♡) Almost 3 months have passed and my new nose♡ Now I do not have to worry about the implant breaking through anymore~ and it did not resorb much, so the bridge and tip are higher, which makes me so happy~~~~
