Is it definitely a sign of contracture if symptoms of nasal tip lifting appear?... I hadn’t even thought about it, but while looking at photos, I can clearly feel that there’s a difference in how much the columella has retracted compared with when I first had my nose surgery. For my first surgery, I had silicone, and the septum and ear cartilage were used, and I think it’s been about 4 years since the surgery now. But... can contracture come this quickly? Once I started thinking my nasal tip was lifting, I feel like I’m also noticing a foreign-body sensation, and I’m seriously so stressed... If contracture happens, is revision surgery 100% necessary? I looked into clinics and saw ㅇㅇ, ㅇㅇㅂ, and ㅋㅂㅈ, but if anyone here has had surgery for a contracted nose, please share a review.
