Hello. During my first surgery, I had silicone + a septal support graft + ear cartilage. Then, because of inflammation, I felt very anxious, and since my skin is very thin, the nasal tip was showing through, so I removed the silicone and had it lightly covered with autologous dermis over the ear cartilage. But without discussing it with me beforehand, the clinic said they were concerned about a step-off and placed ear cartilage on the nasal bridge, which made the step-off worse, and the cartilage shows through on the bridge of my nose.. I’m planning to go for consultations about completely removing even the septal support graft and ear cartilage. Could the small amount of autologous dermis grafted to the nasal tip become a problem? There are many reviews about autologous dermis grafting, but I couldn’t find reviews about how surgery is done when having revision surgery after an autologous dermis graft, so I’m posting in this community If anyone knows, I would really appreciate your valuable answers.
