I’m someone who had my hump shaved down, osteotomy, septal extension, and a columellar strut placed. I’m thinking about revision surgery because I’m unhappy with the shape and the nose doesn’t suit my face. I’m planning to go extremely natural, and I think my original nose isn’t that different from the nose I want now. Can it go back like that? I think I’ll go in the direction of removing the septal extension and smoothing out the step between the hump area and the nasal tip. I won’t add anything more..! At most, maybe just putting a support in the septum to correct my crooked nose? Photos 1 and 2 are my original nose, 3 and 4 are my operated nose, and 5 and 6 are the nose I want
