Is there a place that’s good at alar reduction too while removing silicone? I have a bulbous nose If I only consider silicone removal, there still seem to be a few hospitals worth going to, but finding a hospital that’s also good at alar reduction is really hard It’s been almost 10 years since my nose surgery, but I suddenly developed pain on the nasal bridge, so I want to get it removed quickly before it gets worse And I have septal cartilage in my nasal tip, so since I’m touching my nose anyway, would it be too much to also hope they can make the nasal tip nicely rounded..? I wish my columella projected a bit more..
