Nose Re-Surgery

Revision rhinoplasty

About 8 years ago, I had silicone inserted into the nasal bridge and used ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but the tip of my nose is lifting. Is this really a sign of contracture? I had just been living without thinking much about it, but I realized it after comparing it with old photos. They say that once contracture happens, you absolutely have to get nose surgery... Is that right? I think I need to either remove the silicone now or get revision surgery. Could you recommend a place that specializes in noses? I’d prefer a hospital that specializes in ENT. I heard ㄴㅈㄹ, ㅇㅇ, and ㅋㅂㅈ seem to only do noses, so if you know any places, please recommend them......
