Just like the title says, I had my nasal tip cartilage tied through a closed approach, and my columella became flatter and lifted Will it come down over time? It has only been one month so far.... If anyone knows, please reply Please And when will the pulling sensation at the nasal tip when making facial expressions or smiling go away? At one month, the sutures are probably still there, right???
