The consultation went in the order of the director, then the consultant, and it seemed to take about an hour.
They said they would rasp down the hump and mainly use ear cartilage, but if it was insufficient, they would use a little septal cartilage. I liked that they first told me it is not good to use a lot of septal cartilage from the first surgery. Also, correcting a deviated nose requires osteotomy, but they said whether to do it or not is my choice. I liked that neither the director nor the consultant had a pushy atmosphere. The director also seemed to have a comfortable manner and tried to accommodate my needs a lot. There is no CT, and they took photos of my nose and used Photoshop to show me the post-surgery feel.
