The doctor was very active on YouTube and uploaded a lot of helpful videos, so I went for a consultation. They did a CT scan first and then moved on to the consultation, and during the consultation they showed me on the CT that my septum was bent. They recommended correcting the deviated septum and initially suggested a full autologous-costal-cartilage nose surgery using 100% autologous costal cartilage, but in my opinion it seemed pointless to take costal cartilage from the start. My mindset was that if I put in silicone and inflammation happens, I can just remove it, so I decided to have surgery with silicone + septum + ear cartilage. During the consultation, the doctor looked similar to how he appeared in the YouTube videos, which was interesting, but the doctor's energy was a little lower than in the videos lol
