I liked that they used 3D virtual surgery. They were professional, but other clinics said my septum was slightly deviated without being severe enough for surgery, and that they could finish with cartilage. This clinic said cartilage alone would not be enough and that autologous costal cartilage would be needed. Anyway, I recommend getting a consultation here even if you do not have surgery, because it is useful for learning about your own nose in detail. Everyone was kind, and I especially liked that they provided a virtual surgery simulation. They also offered two options. I have a relatively low nasal bridge, but when I said I did not want to raise it, they designed it accordingly.
