I went to consultations at a total of 6 places, and among the places I visited, this one felt the kindest and most passionate. They seemed to prefer using costal cartilage. They said they would try to do it with septal cartilage and ear cartilage as much as possible, but there was a high chance costal cartilage would be needed. It seemed like their taste was for a flashy look with a very clear before-and-after difference rather than something extremely natural. I really liked it, but my mom strongly prefers an ultra-natural style.... In the end I could not have surgery here but maybe someday I will need revision surgery
