In particular, they carefully checked the size of my nasal septum and whether I had rhinitis through a CT scan, so I felt reassured even about the functional aspects. They recommended a natural straight-to-slightly-upturned line rather than a flashy nose, and I trusted them because they did not push unnecessary additional surgery. They reflected my best-look goals, while clearly explaining what was possible and what was not.
