My nasal bridge was pretty okay, but because of the upturned-nose look and the feeling that my nasal tip was pressed down and squashed, I went around for consultations. Following Dr. ㅁㅎ’s recommendation, I had surgery without an implant in the nasal bridge, using an implant-free approach, and honestly, I think it turned out really well. I was worried that if I did it without an implant, there might not be much change, but even after quite some time, the side-line shape is still the same. And even though I didn’t put an implant in my nasal bridge, the nose shape looks slim from the front, so I really like it. Also, I kept applying the ointment the clinic gave me for the incision scar and went diligently for aftercare, so it disappeared cleanly, which makes it look even less obvious that I had surgery…
