I did have a slightly bulbous look and my nose was not especially high, but my biggest concern was always that my nose looked blunt and became even more exaggeratedly blunt in photos. I wanted a round, slightly pointed look without it showing much. While reading reviews, I found a rhinoplasty clinic. From the hospital reviews, the surgeon’s aesthetic sense matched me very well, so I had a consultation and decided on surgery right away. After the splint was removed, bruising was almost nonexistent, and there was not much swelling. I wanted to remove the blunt feeling, and I don’t like results that look too obviously like rhinoplasty with that heavy, obvious impression. I want a round tip that still has a slight point...
