He was rather cold, but I liked that he only spoke in facts. To the point that I regretted changing my surgeon..... Anyway, since I have a bulbous nose, he recommended autologous costal cartilage, and I really felt that for a bulbous nose.. autologous costal cartilage is the way to go from the first surgery.. Others, please don’t be like me and get septal cartilage for no reason, then end up looking into revision surgery. For a bulbous nose + high nose, I think autologous costal cartilage is better Especially if the director recommends it that way, then even more so, go with autologous costal cartilage... Anyway, after failing, I realized that he definitely does columella and bulbous nose correction well, so I feel a bit sad.... I hope your clinic prospers
