Others, please don’t be like me and get septal cartilage for no reason, then end up looking into revision surgery. For a bulbous nose + high nose, I think autologous costal cartilage is betterㅠ Especially if the director recommends it that way, then even more so, go with autologous costal cartilage... Anyway, after failing, I realized that he definitely does columella and bulbous nose correction well, so I feel a bit sad.... I hope your clinic prospers ㅜㅠ
